Title: BeePre 2 with upgrades

Just finished the build (including the Quiet and Output upgrades), and when testing, I get the following readings:

At the 31 and 33 terminals        229VDC

Between 4 and 45    11.5VDC
Between 4 and 60    0

Between 4 and Kreg    7.3VDC

Between 4 and 46   183VDC
Between 4 and 51   0

All the valves light up

Would you please help me troubleshoot?

Could you post some build photos? 

Was the preamp built and tested stock first?  Was the attenuator/C4S upgrade working on its own before the second upgrade was installed?

Could you let me know the IA, OA, IB, OB, KregA, and KregB voltages on the 2nd upgrade board?
