Hi all,

I'm currently playing around with the regulator tube in my Eros. Although pin-compatible, there are some differences in heater currents between 12BH7 & E80CC. It sounds nice and appears to be working, but are there longer term implications and risk across teh circuit from doing so?

I've searched the forums and see that rolling these equivalents in "Crack" and others is a thing, not much to find on doing the same with the Eros - any guidance or experiences to share?

The heater circuit is pretty tapped out in the Eros, so I'd be hesitant to ask more of it.
