Title: What does it take to get an email answered at Bottlehead?
Post by: Poultrygeist on February 16, 2012, 01:25:10 PM
I ordered 3 emblems on the Bottlehead site on 2/3/12 and never received confirmation of the order. I sent 2 emails to the person who handles orders asking if my order had been processed. I received no reply. Thinking something must be wrong I checked my credit card transactions today and saw that my order was charged on 2/3 and posted on 2/5. Is this business as usual at Bottlehead?

I just asked Eileen and neither of us has seen an email regarding an order for badges. We have been out of town since last Friday and Eileen says that at the moment she is caught up on email thru the 13th. I am completely caught up. Perhaps the email was caught in a spam filter.

The badges were on back order and just arrived yesterday. They will be shipping out tomorrow.

Hey Poultrygeist - just a quick note - unless you ordered under the name Poultrygeist (love the moniker, by the way) there's no way to connect your order with your post on the forum. That's why you should put your actual name in your profile, as suggested in the Forum rules:

We cut people - especially newbies - some slack on that rule, but that's one of the big reasons it's there.
