Title: Output transformer upgrade for Paramour II

I was wondering if a big and expensive high end SET output transformer is needed in the Paramour II as long that there is no DC running in it?

The output transformer in the kit is a 4K ohm. Anyone tried a different value?

Does someone tried any Hammond output transformer?

The Magnequest upgrade transformer is 3K, and some have used a 5K transformer. You will get better bass from a parafeed transformer than from a typical airgapped SE transformer.
