Title: Soft start retrofit

 :-\ Just installed the soft start retrofit in my Paramount 2A3. For the voltage test it says the voltage on terminal 13 should be 94 vdc. From what I have, T13 and T18 are both grounded and if this correct, there should be no potential difference. Am I missing something?

Quite correct, you will undoubtedly find that terminal 12 does not have 0V DC, looks like some numbers got swapped.
