Title: Lack of Communication and E-mail

Dear Fellow Bottleheads, please accept my sincerest apologies if I have missed contacting you via e-mail regarding status of your orders or any other Bottlehead request. I am working hard to get caught up on answering all of my e-mails after being away most of the month of August. I was partly in the hospital with Doc's mom and partly on a very stressful week's vacation our family took for the first time in a couple years, during which Doc's mom passed away and forced our urgent return.
