Title: 270 ohm 5W wire bound resistor missing

Building my Eros and the single rectangular white (ceramic?) wire bound resistor that I expected and is pictured,  is missing.  Although there is a single green resistor that measures 270 ohm, (268 to be exact) that is traditional (tube) shaped and the markings on the resistor are:

270R 5%
5W

Is that the rascal?

Yes, the resistor that says 270R 5W is a 270 Ohm resistor capable of dissipating 5W.
