I'm wiring the first connections to my Stereomour PT. The first connections are to 10 and 12 of the transformer. These tabs are on the same side of my transformer. In the picture, they are on opposite sides. I'm assuming to go by the number and not the picture, but want to be sure.

Go with the picture. I did when I built my stereomour two weeks ago, and it works :)
Check the corrections to the manual sticky at the top of the stereomour page. This and other errors are covered there.
Enjoy your build.

Then why is there a sticker labeling the terminals by number on the transformer? This is confusing to say the least.

I went with what I thought was the best chance and went with the labeling on the transformer. From the link above, although they were talking about output trannies, Doc B says go with the markings of the transformer. After all, the tranny mfg could wire the taps any way they want. Sorry I missed the call back on Friday PM as Bottlehead tried to contact me. If I have it wrong it is just a matter of resoldering a wire.

In this specific case, the manual is wrong. At this step, wires go to 10 and 15, as shown in the picture in the manual, not 10 and 12 as stated in the manual.

That is indeed a typo, I'm amazed that nobody has ever noticed that (I've built ~8 Stereomours and never noticed this).
I'm sure Josh will be along shortly to make this correction, thank you for your assistance.

It seems that some people are getting an old version of the manual.
