Title: Newbie builds a BH system
Post by: Bryce on October 05, 2013, 07:12:35 PM
Well, after building my first BH rigs (BeePre, Paramounts) and plugging into a set of Blumenstein Orcas with Dungeness subs, I am impressed.  First off, that the kits are very well documented, straight forward, and almost all issues can be found and fixed through the forums- that is quite a feat. The best part is that if you are patient and pay attention, the units work flawlessly. After the system completes burn in, the sound is simply wonderful. It will be fun to see where this project leads to for years to come.  Thanks to the BH group for designing and assembling an amazing system for enthusiasts to build. I look forward to learning from everyone in the BH forums.

Congratulations! That's one really nice system there. Now a bh phono stage and/or dac and you'll have the icing on the cake. Not to say that your current dac and/or analog sources are bad, but an entire BH system has an amazing synergy.

Besides, you're addicted now and you'll need to build something else sooner or later :-)
