Will there be any problems like a loud noise floor? Will I have to add resistors to allow it to accommodate a 10K ohm impedance amp? The amp in question is the Emotiva MiniX a-100. I emailed them and they told me it's rated at 10K ohms.
Thanks.

10K is kind of marginal for the Quickie. You'll get the best results from using the stock amp without the PJCCS. If the amp is particularly sensitive, you can add some resistance at the input to tame the gain and raise the input impedance at the same time.

On the other hand, several people are using the Quickie with PJCCS to drive the diyaudio ACA mosfet amps with no issues at all. Yes, on paper it should bee a very poor match 4k Zout on the Quickie w/PJCCS into 10k on the ACA.
I plan to do this myself.
