Title: Issues on purchasing

Hi mods - I've been trying to take advantage of 10% off day, by ordering my first Crack :)

I have an issue when attempting to log-in, when I am 'checking out' - to complete my purchase

I've tried on multiple browsers and cleared down my cookies as instructed - but no joy...

I need my crack fix man. Please help....

Shopping cart login isn't the same as forum login. You should have the option of creating a new shopping cart user.

Yes, if you are trying to use the same login on both that won't work. If you already have a customer account on the new shopping cart, is there a particular step in the checkout where it stops, or are you not able to log in at all? I think you can also order as a guest rather than logging in as a registered customer ( sorry that I haven't tried every possible ordering scenario myself yet to be sure about that). If that does not work for you, you are also welcome contact Eileen at queen at bottlehead dot com and she will make sure your order is taken and you get the discount.

Thanks for the advice Doc - issue sorted and Crack ordered.....  :D

Any tips on dealing with the wait until it arrives????
