I'm not sure if you need to buy anything to get this, but it doesn't say so on the coupon.

I think Harbor Freight is great. 

I try to stay away because I'll spend money I don't have on things I don't need, just want.

Awesome, thanks. I need a cheap meter to measure the output of a small solar panel that I take camping with me. This should do the trick nicely.
