That's sooo  funny  ;D  and the type of music... James Brown's Sex Machine  Born To Be Wild..  what a legend!  Hes just enjoying himself.
I bet hes still gonna be playing it loud when he gets the stuff back, Must be annoying for the neighbors tho poor sods! 
taking his stuff is out of order though,

he should get  bottlehead crack and a pair of hd600  ;D

If there's one thing I've learned about "disturbing the peace", always throw in some music that could indicate that you're edgy and unpredictable.
Megadeath or Dead Kennedys usually makes a neighbor think twice about calling the cops.

I think my worst was one hot summer afternoon after a very late night, I passed clean out with Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here" on cassette repeating full blast with all the windows open.
The cops came by and said that someone on the next street over had called to complain after the 20th or so repeat!

when i was younger me and a mate used to put our loud speakers on the window sill blasting outside playing the same track  !  he lived round the back  from me  :-[

Whoa, if it was just Sex Machine I would indeed considered the audio cops fascists. But Celine Dion/Titanic? Toy Story? I'm thinking righteous bust.

I will forever think of him when I hear james brown - sex machine now ...I just had a listen and chuckled ...I can even picture him doing a grovvy dance  ;D
