You are fine.  Resistors are non-directional, most other components are directional.  So it looks like you are good to go.

DO measure the resistance to be certain you have a value of about 44.2k Ohms.

Update:

I'm about to solder the wires onto the PCB boards and I realised I made a stupid mistake. I used the old 20 gauge wires for the Speedball upgrade instead of the thinner wires. In this case, would the Crack still work or will the resistance change because of the thicker wires.

Oh man.....things aren't going well for me today  :(

Don't worry your not alone I did the same thing PB confirmed it was not an issue and my Speedball has been working fine with the 20awg for the last six months.

No worries.  It will be fine and is quite normal.  Just make sure they are oriented in the same direction as the pictures in the manual.
