Voltage readings on B tube socket side:
Kreg .oo6 IA 223.8 OA 221.2 breg 60.5 OB 55.8
I can't seem to find any miswire or soldering errors. Resistance checks were in line except Terminal 12 was a little high at 74.8K and 14 at 85.3K. I swapped EF86 tubes and voltages stayed the same on both A and B sides, so tube not a problem. I don't have another 6922 or 12BH7 to swap out (although I do have 12au7 from Crack). Since IA and OA are essentially the same I'm thinking the MJE350 could be the problem area, but soldering looks good there. Resister values are good and diodes light up. Any help would be appreciated now that the pride of an error free build has gone by the wayside! Thanks.

You will probably need to post some pictures.
I would go over the wiring to and from the boards.

Thanks Grainger, I will go back over everything tonight. The wiring to and from the boards looked good, but tunnel vision may have set in. I looked through some of the previous threads and will try some of those ideas as well.

Problem solved with the oft repeated mantra "check all wiring and resolder any suspect terminals". Pride was salvaged with finding no miswires, but after rewetting B socket pc board connections and leads from socket connections to the pcb all voltages snapped back in place and Eros works perfect. Despite this slight stumble, this was a fun build with excellent manual and pictures. Thanks Bottlehead group! Now on to the BeePre and then I'll have an all tube system.

The Eros was a quantum step up in layout from the Seduction. The Seduction was enough to gob smack me, an electrical engineer who had been building since 1964.
I think the Eros is a piece or art, and that is looking at the works side of it.

The Eros is still a difficult build to get right the first time. Nice job finding your problem!
