Title: New build voltage question

Hello.  I just completed my Stereomour (first amp build).  (2A3 120V) All my resistance readings are in range and all voltages are in range with the following exception:  all points that are spec'ed at "165-220" are reading low by a factor of 10.

Terminal     Voltage         Spec
    2                17            (165 - 220)   
   14               18               "
   OA              22               "
   OB              22               "

I appreciate any advice on where to look.

Check the parts on the small board for orientation and correct value.

thanks for the reply.  turns out, it was just a lousy volt meter. all readings are good now.
