I was just looking at purchasing some Isopropyl Alcohol and basically wondered if there are any acceptable alternatives?
This is mainly because I have already have such items as Acetone, panel wipe, 2k paint thinners, which I purchase in 25 and 5 litres containers, would any of them be suitable to use as a alternative?

Is this for cleaning soldered PCB's or Al chassis tops? Acetone will work, just need to be careful of the vapors .... but a quart of 70% Isopropyl alcohol is $.99 at Walgreens .....

I'm with Tubejack, what are you in need of Isopropyl alcohol for? I use alcohol wipes for cleaning flux off of PCBs.
I use Ethyl alcohol for relaxation.
Acetone and all of its first cousins might take the green coating off of a PCB. I would test a spot to see.

I spray a tiny blast of this on a toothbrush. Cleans marvelously. Also works to dewax the metal grates on iems!
