Title: Question about the terminal strips

Hey BottleHeads,
I have a quick question about the terminal strips. I have my top plate powder coated on both sides. I cleaned off the powder where the ground lug goes. Should I clean the powder from where the terminal strips get mounted to as well? Are there any other locations on the plate that need a clean connection?

If the center lug of the terminal strip has wires connected to it you should make sure it has good contact with the metal of the chassis plate. If there is nothing connected to the center terminal of the strip there is no need to worry about it.
