Title: Bottlhead Crack OTL + Speedball 20$ upgrade deal

I've tried buying this combo several times today and it won't let me, it's still Sunday...? The deal goes through Sunday, right?
Am I misinterpreting this somehow?
Please respond, I have no idea what's wrong with my order placement.
It is being listed as $314.53 in my cart but it's not allowing me to purchase...?
The deal is also still listed as 20$ for the speedball upgrade.
I even went to the trouble to go out and get a prepaid visa because I thought my credit card was the issue. I just got back from work and I still can't get it with either my vanilla visa or credit card.
Any help would be amazing and thank you for your time.
