Title: Speedball MJE350 orientation

Hey guys, have the all black MJE350, which way do I put them in... only note I found was saying writing away from to board (facing closest edge)  Is that correct?

thank you!  I searched the forum and Google and could not find a solid link.  That being said, a link on headfi doc out up gives the o'l 404 message.
