Title: Yeah It Works!

Jan 3 2015 a new Stereomour was born. Came in not crying but singing sweetly.  Might be the first Stereomour of 2015.  My first kit and it's playing now beautifully on my inefficient Gallo Strada monitors (surprisingly more than enough power) until my Orcas arrive.  I had only one mistake and found it quickly during the voltage check.  I did'nt even know how to use a mutlti meter prior to building this kit. A testimonial to the great folks at Bottlehead for their excellent  design and manual. 

The JJ 2A3-40s are sounding very nice.  After some time I may try to get a pair of Sophia Electric 2.5V 300b  on loan. Not sure if these would be much different than the 2A3-40s.

Enjoy the fruits of your labor. And I agree the Bottlehead manuals and customer support are second to none. Post a picture or two in the gallery when you get a chance.
