Title: Quickie noise?

 With my Quickie turned off and amp left on, there's a little crackle or static noise when I plug a tube back in. Is this normal? I never noticed it before but that doesn't it wasn't there.

Reasonable. The high voltage is still there on the plate and output cap (only the filament is switched).
