Title: earbuds for running

Hi,

Can someone recommend some good sounding earbuds?  I like to use them for running/mountain biking/road biking, and would like something that doesn't fall out too easily too.  Maybe under $30??  Thanks!

If you can get a good seal the white iPod earbuds are actually pretty good. You should probably dig around some Head Fi threads.
