Title: Resistance Check?

My Center pin - input jacks resistance is R 84.5K   L 93.5K. Is this acceptable?

Voltage checked out mostly good, accept for these might not:

9, 19   49mv, 27mv 
A1, B1  57mv, 30mv   Unless these values can be considered close to 0???

C3   -50mv ish. Kinda changing around like it's a capacitor.

49mV=0.049V, 27mV=0.027V, etc.  These are all very close to 0.
