I finally finished my Beepre build ordered back in Oct (somehow there was never quite time at home with an 11month old :) ).
Similar to this thread, I found A1/B4 resistances climbing into the 500Ohm-1kOhm range instead of dropping to 4Ohm:

I pushed ahead to voltage measurements. All are in spec except for C3/D3 on the nine-pin sockets. I measure 9.2V on C3 and 4.5V on D3. The high value moves with the 6BQ5 if I swap them.
It sounds beautiful, but does 9.2V at C3 on one of the 6BQ5's indicate a problem I should replace the tube for?
Thanks in advance! Kaleb

The important thing about the C3 voltage is that it's above 3V and below 32V, but otherwise it isn't very critical.

Good news. Thank you! The beepre is running great - only a few hours of burn in so far and it is magic.
