Title: HLMP-6000 LED

When I do a search for this diode, many different types come up. Is there any spicific spec that I'm looking for, or will any do?

If you go to the Bottlehead Products Page, then to Parts you will find a bag of HLMP-6000 LED there for sale.

As far as I know, there is only one HLMP-6000. There are many HLMP-6xxx and many with additional letters and numbers after the HLMP-6000 designation; they are all different from the real plain HLMP-6000.

I did a Google and the first few that popped up had different pics and different specs from each vendor. I just wanted to check here first before I bought the wrong part.

Lately I've seen a number of instances where a vendor's web site has incorrect information. I download the data sheets to make sure I have the exact manufacturer's part number. No data sheet available = no money from me!
