Hi,
After 4 years of wonderful music, one of my Paramounts has quit working. The tubes are lit but no sound.
Upon inspection, found only one of the four led's lit.
Voltages
9. 195. 12
11. 296. .1
12. 222. .03
14. 146. 0
15. 73. 0.2
16 *
As soon as I touched the dmm probe to 16 the other three led's lit and a recheck of the bad points resulted in correct voltage's. I re soldered 16u and 16l. The amp was put back in service and played wonderfully for two days and then failed again.
Did a little poking with a chopstick can find no obvious problems.
This is a standard Paramount (no soft start)
Thanks in advance. This forum ROCKS

Have you remeasured voltages since it quit this second time?

I will do that straight away.

Just turned the amp back on and of course because I messed with it before it's going to be fine untill it quits again. (I tried the chopstick trick) so I guess I will put on some music and make it fail and then measure again before it wiggles back into place.

It does sound like you just have an intermittent connection somewhere. When in doubt, reflow 'em.
