Title: Online Ordering [resolved]

Hey Doc,

I want to get a kit repaired and when I try to login from the Checkout page i keep getting an error from Securi Website Firewall.  It kicks me out of your website and will not let me continue to checkout for a Kit Repair.  Also, I can login on the Forum page and it acknowledges who I am but when I go to the order page I get the above error when I try to Login.

Should I just call in the order?

Forum login is separate from the shopping cart login. Are you using the correct login?

I thought I was but it has been four years since I ordered from you.  Should I reset my password on the ordering page?

4 years ago would have been the old shopping cart. Setup a new account.

I changed my password, I was able to place the order.  I did setup a new cart in May when I ordered one of you hats.
