Title: 6H13C not working [resolved]

Hello! I have a stock Crack and bought 6H13C to try. It has only faint glow at the top (little spring) and heats up, but I can hear no sound. Is it supposed to work with no mods and i got faulty tube? How can I troubleshoot it?

Yes it should should plug and play. Sounds like you got a bad tube. Try your original tube again to verify that nothing is wrong with the amp. If it works OK you should probably contact the seller you bought the 6H13C from.

Thanks Doc! Exchanged the tube and now it's working.
