Title: Voltage check on power transformer

Is there any way to do a voltage check on the power transformer to determan if it is still working properly? I've been getting strange voltages resently and would like to start ruling things out. Thanks so much.

Carefully measure AC voltages at the power transformer terminals. The voltages that they should be are marked on the transformer label
