Title: Can I use lower terminals for Eros capacitor upgrade?
Post by: Sugar Man on May 16, 2016, 06:36:02 AM
I'm replacing the stock 1.5uF Solens at T6U to T9U and T7U to T10U.  It would be an easier job to use the lower terminal holes which are empty.  Then I could just snip the Solens out and not have to mess around with desoldering them, and more easily solder in my Mundorf Silver Oils.  Any reason I cannot do this?

There shouldn't be any problems using those lower holes.

Thanks for the fast response PB.  For me, far less chance of accidentally frying something.  :o
