Title: Got my Valab 23 Step Attenuator

Wanted to share with you all my first Crack mod the "chi-fi, Valab 23 Step Ladder Type Attenuator" from ebay. Every thing is panned so hard to the sides now, still getting used to it.

So how does it compare to the stock potentiometer?

Like I mention on the original post, it makes the spacing of sound much more wider and sacrifices some of the center mix in the music. I would have probably not done the mod if I had a chance to listen to it first. I am now used to it and will probably not go back to stock. I'm sure it probably improved the sound quality a bit but it's been so long since I switched I could not tell by now. I hope this helps.
