Hi,
I recently moved down south and found a 500 ft roll of 16/2 copper wire in my attic (It has both conductors inside an outer jacket). It is normally used for in-wall speaker installation, is there something cool I can do with this to make awesome speaker cables for my mains?

So it's stranded, not solid?

Stranded

If I had that I would would cut it into sections, pull out the individual conductors and braid it into some Kimber style cables.

Something like this maybe?

Exactly!

Since you paid nothing for the wire maybe you'll consider getting some WBT screwdown bananas. They are fantastic.
