Well, if you consider buying a S.E.X. 3.0 kit as an upgrade to an earlier S.E.X. amp, the answer is yes. But one would not be able to retrofit the new heater supply components into an older version. The layout is very different.

blast...  oh well.  Mine is dead quiet anyways and I don't use IEMs.  If and when I upgrade it'll be to the mainline.  thanks as always Doc
