Cab the 6P15P tube be used in the Seductor without modifications?

The 6p15p is not a direct EL84/6BQ5 replacement, so without modifications, I doubt it.

6p14p is the Russian EL84 equivalent, as supplied by BH in some kits.

I would be very surprised if you could not use 6p15pev in your seductor, very good tube !!!!!!!

They are sufficiently different that I would NOT recommend it. Seductor is direct coupled, and (unlike most Bottlehead amps) uses significant negative feedback. Both factors make it less stable in the face of changes. If you try it, and the amp blows up, I'll sympathize, but I'll still say "I told you so!"
