I'm going through the build (when I have an hour free here and there) and ran across an area in the documentation that could be a little clearer, This is in the section "Center Terminal Strips".
the word simple should probably be simply.
a #4 screw should probably be a #4 1/4" screw.
locknut should probably be lockwasher.
That's it for now.

I need to have found another one.
On page 48 two wires are attached to the center pin of "D". It just says ATTACH, there is never a SOLDER for the center pin. I noticed when I had installed the SR board and was looking under the board with a flashlight to make sure nothing was shorting and noticed the wires on the center pin were not soldered. I checked the manual many times and it never mentions soldering the center pin.
I went through the forum and did not see anyone mention this, am I just missing something?

I noticed the same thing on the center pin for socket D.

In the Eros 2 manual, page 53, second-to-last step, you attach and solder one lead of a 220R carbon film resistor to D7. Then you 'Attach the other lead to 26U'.
I don't see anywhere afterwards that you solder that resistor lead to 26U, so I believe it should read 'Attach and solder the other lead to 26U'.

I noticed the same issue.
