Boards are built, guess there is no way of testing them before they go in?

Lower board, near center, northwest quadrant...three holes missing solder!

Good catch. I had to look twice. Same sort of thing happens to me, unless I solder each piece one at a time. Just a quick: I have been using nail clippers to trim leads for years now because they can trim right up to the solder joint. Try it out. So much better than many flush cut trimmers.
