I'm checking my Mainline voltage checks and the HV don't check out.
All resistances check out. All leds are lit.
Terminal
+275vDC on the Power Supply Board 260V (VS 275)
+6.3vDC on the Power Supply Board 6.30V
IA on the A side C4S Board 260V
IA on the B side C4S Board 260V
Breg Regulator Board (both sides) 220V
-reg Regulator Board (both sides) 0V
Kreg Regulator Board (both sides) 10V
Is my HV regulator working properly?
How to troubleshoot?

Went over the build again of the power supply board again. No problem found. Looked at the schematic and concluded that the HV can fluctuate with power line fluctuations. So biased to 145V on both tubes. And now listening to some music.

That's correct, and part of the reason there is a regulator in there.

My best guess is that you're in a 240V country and your line voltage is a little low (or you have a really old electrical service in North America that's 110V). The regulator will work just fine with 260V going into it.
