Hi,
Just finished to put together the Eros2.
All checks during the assembly were great. All resistance checks were spot on.
On the DC check below the values (also all leds light on nicely):
IA: 230
IB: 216
OA: 165
OB: 165
OC: 95 (should be 1.5 to 5V)
OD: 95 (should be 1.5 to 5V)
OkA: 97
OkB: 97
OkC: 0.87
OkD: 0.47
I’m a bit worried of the oc, od and okd values.
Any idea what could be the problems?
Also please note that I installed x2 1uf (+- 2%) 410 VAC 600 VDC instead then the 1.5uf (+- 5%) 630 VDC.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

It looks like we missed this when proofreading the manual. OC and OD will be somewhere around 95-100V, or what would have been indicated in the notes is that OC will be a volt or two lower than OkA and OD will be a volt or two lower than OkB.

Ok so my values are good?
What about OkC and OkD? In the manual it says OkC and OkD should be between 0.7 and 2. My OkC is ok at 0.87 but my OkD is at 0.47.
Are those values ok?
Thanks.

If the rest of your voltages are OK, having a lower voltage at OkD isn't an issue. You may find that this voltage increases after 50-100 hours of use.

Wonderful piece this new Eros2.
Thanks again bottlehead for another incredible kit.
I built the Eros 1 some time ago and yes I found it a quite challenging built. The Eros 2 in comparison its a piece of cake.
