Title: Where do you shop for used gear
Post by: DesignTaylor on December 12, 2018, 12:05:50 PM
Hey gang,

I'm curious where you guys like to shop for used gear? I've had some luck with Craigslist and eBay and recently with US Audio Mart, Audiogon, and the classifieds on AudioAsylum but I'm wondering what else is out there. Very interested in single driver full-range speakers these days but they are often made by very small shops and hard to find used.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
- DT

Reverb can have some good stuff. And Audiokarma's market place--you have buy a paid subscription to use it, but the people are nice and some lovely stuff goes through there. On the single driver front, I bought a pair of used Orcas there a few years back at a nice price.

I like Audiogon and Steve Hoffman classifieds for gear. I've got an Blumenstein Orca and subs system for sale over on the SH site.
