Title: Big board OA OB?

I'm not getting any reading for the resistance test on OA and OB. I've reflowed the solder points.
I tested resistance across each 100uf cap leads and got nothing too. Shouldn't the meter range when this is done? I think I may have overheated the caps soldering the board wires on.

No reading is not a problem.  If you saw something like 5 ohms, that would be a problem.
