Title: Slightly High Voltage on PT-8 19/20

Hi

I'm on to the secondary voltage test (incoming voltage is 244V). The PT-8 transformer check for terminals 19/20 is at 174V, which is slightly higher than the 161 +/-5V recommended reading - about 5V higher.

Is this an issue? I've rechecked all the joints so far.
