Title: Paramour autobias

got some new 2A3 tubes, NOT Sovtek, do NOT have a tube tester, how do I know if they are biased properly? Did Paramour have autobias?

Yes, every amplifier we have ever made except the B-glow is self biasing. 

For the Paramour 1, you can measure the DC voltage across the 1.2K cathode resistor to determine that the tube is operating within specs.  You should see about 60V DC there IIRC.
