Title: Open Vs 6 Mega Ohm during resistance check?

I am running resistance checks on my Crack. Terminals which are supposed to read open, marked *, read 6 mega ohm on my BM235. Double checked the connections; all seem OK. Is it ok to proceed?

6,000,000 ohms is close enough to infinite that you can keep going.
