Terminal 2 is wired to terminal 4, B2, B5, and 13.  Do you get the same resistance reading on all those terminals?

19.5 mega-ohms is 19,500,000 ohms, which would be OK.  19.5 milli-ohms is 0.019 ohms, which will cause some problems.

terminal 4 reads 794 k
b2 - 0
b5 - 0
13 - 0

i believe the numbers were M ohms,  meaning mega. so should be ok. sound correct?

Oops, I saw "Crack" not "Crack-a-two-a".

14L should show the same DCR as 2L.

Yes, then you are probably seeing 19.5 million ohms.
