Title: Easy-peasy soft start question [resolved]

I'm building the Soft Start kits, and am at the step where is calls for a 330KOhm 3W resistor; the kit also calls for a 300KOhm 1W resistor. The resistors I got from BH are shown in the attached pic - ones on the top are 300KOhm, bottom 330KOhm. The appearance of the 330KOhm resistor is different from what is shown in the guide. Are these both 3W resistors (and therefore ok to use), or are these both 1 W resistors (and therefore I need to get the proper 3W resistor before proceeding)?

Those are 3W resistors. The 330KΩ shown in the manual were discontinued a while ago, so all the 330KΩ passing through BHHQ over the last five years or so have looked like these.
