Title: New issues month after use

Hi there, I've had my crackatwoa for a little over a month now with minor hissing at worse, but recently when I turned it on, it pushed a painfully loud amount of noise out even when the volume knob is set to off, additionally, switching to different empty input still puts out the audio coming from my DAC on the first set of inputs, albeit with relatively high amounts of hissing and quite a bit of distortion. Any advice or thoughts on what this likely is? Thanks!

Can you measure the voltages and see if any are off?
