I am very interested in upgrading from the S.E.X 3.0 to the Stereomour II but one of my favorite features about the S.E.X. 3.0 is the built in headphone jack. Is this a possible upgrade or hack? Anyone done this before.

People have discussed it before, although not as a dedicated jack.

I made a pair of converter about speaker output, and found this page is really helpful.

There's no obvious place to put a headphone jack, but some have made an adapter for the speaker outputs. Check this link:

If your phones are sensitive, you may need the DC filament upgrade kit to keep the hum down.

As Paul suggested, I followed Josh's blog post and my DT 770 PRO, 250 Ohm cans are dead quiet until the needle drop on my SMII with the DC filament upgrade. (Haven't tried my Drop HE4xx planers yet)
I tried the same cable/can combo on my Seductor amp, and while it worked I didn't spend enough time to form an opinion on sonics.

If you are adventurous and kinda handy you could move the power switch next to the iec pem and mount a headphone jack where the power switch used to reside.
But you should take careful measurements before hand to see if there is enough space for that power switch next to the pem. If not you can order a single pole switch, they are much narrower. The same goes for the headphone jack, the hole for the power switch may be to close to the edge of the chassis and may hit the wood. Measure your sex amp's jack and see. There are solutions like dremeling out the wood on the base. I guess it depends how much you want these mods. Plus before committing to the job I would try the phones the cheapest way possible as a test. be creative, express yourself.
