Title: Left side louder than Right side

The left output is objectively louder than the Right output. Not really sure what to do.... HELP!!!!!!!!

How are the DC voltages?  Have you tried reflowing your solder joints?

Do you have access to a phone with a headphone jack?  If so I would download a signal generator app and buy a 1/8" TRS to RCA cable and we can use that to figure out whether the loud channel or the softer channel is the problem.

Start by switching tubes in the sockets to see if the discrepancy follows the tubes, then check voltages as PB says.
