A some of you know I'm a big fan of early Genesis music. Especially the Phil Collins, Steve Hackett, Tony Banks, Peter Gabriel and Mike Rutherford version of the band. I'm working from home today. Good thing too because is snowing like mad outside my window. But I'm inside with hot coffee in my Yeti tumbler, a nicely warmed S.E.X. amp and my trusty well broken in HD-600 headphones. I had ripped the 4 CD Genesis Archive to my network file server some time ago. For some reason I never got around to listening to it. Then I saw someone mention it on Twitter today and on it went. It was so enjoyable I listened to all 4 CD's sequentially. It definitely made the arduous task of running reports and analyzing data much more tolerable.
Someone over at Genesis News Dot Com had a great write up of the Box Set so I wont bore you with my thoughts. I agree with pretty much every thing they described.
If you decide to give it a spin let me know what you think.

Then you will love the archive. The first two disks are a live performance of the lamb and it's superb.
I was going to bump the following thread. But then thought twice about it being that its nearly 9 years old. Great comments though. Including yours, Deb.
